This weekend is finally here! Our Grow Conference begins tomorrow evening, and I couldn't be more excited. This is much more than an event—it's an opportunity for us to gather as a church family, worship together, celebrate what God has done, and look ahead to where He is leading us. Pastor Andy will share the vision God has placed on his heart, and I'll have the privilege of walking through some practical ways we can all help accomplish that vision.

As I look around our church, my overwhelming response is simply gratitude. God has been so incredibly kind to Antioch. He continues to draw people to Himself, lives are being changed, families are being strengthened, and new opportunities for ministry continue to open before us. None of this belongs to us—it is the gracious work of God. Thank you for your faithfulness, your generosity, your prayers, and your willingness to serve. Every one of you has helped create a church where people can encounter Christ, and I'm so thankful to be on this journey with you.

One of the clearest signs of God's blessing is that, beginning Sunday, August 16, we'll move to three Sunday morning services: 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:30 AM. What an incredible moment! This isn't just about adding another service—it represents one more opportunity for one more person to hear the gospel, find community, and take their next step with Christ!

As we prepare for this exciting step, we need your help.

Adding a third service means we need approximately one more service's worth of volunteers across our hospitality, kids, safety, and other ministry teams. If you've been looking for a place to jump in, now is a wonderful time.

Also, if your schedule allows, we'd encourage you to consider attending either the 8:30 AM or 11:30 AM service. We expect our 10:00 AM service to remain our busiest, so spreading out across the three services will help create the best possible experience for our guests and church family alike. Together, we can make room for one more!

I'm so thankful for each of you, and I can't wait to see what God does in the weeks and months ahead.
