Student Ministry Lead
At Antioch, we lead people to follow Christ in a life-changing way. Planted just over six years ago in the fastest-growing city in America, we believe God has placed us in a strategic location to make a great impact for the Kingdom.
We’re looking for a gifted leader to shepherd Antioch Student Ministry (ASM), our youth ministry for grades 6-12. Our Student Lead will effectively teach students God’s Word and how to live it out in their lives practically, develop impactful relationships with students, empower parents to disciple their kids at home, and lead adult volunteers to make meaningful contributions in ASM.
ASM has small group Bible classes on Sunday mornings and a weekly experience on Tuesday nights with worship and teaching. The Student Lead oversees both of these enviroments of ASM and develops leaders—both adult volunteers and students—to take the next step in their spiritual walk.

Overview:
Big Idea: Develop and oversee the student ministry of Antioch.
Time Expectations: This is a full-time (traditionally 40 hours per week) position. We recognize that ministry often takes place outside of regular business hours, so flexibility in schedule is given.
Responsible To: The Discipleship Pastor.
