Connect the Dots | MAY WK 1

What does it mean to be “on mission”? Do we have to live in a hut in the jungle? Do we need to move to a new city? In this series, we’re digging into what the Bible says about being on mission and the ways we can live that message out daily!

After defeating death and the grave, Jesus spent many days with His disciples. At the end of this time, we hear Jesus command them to go and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28). Reading in Acts 1, we learn that Jesus wanted his disciples to tell about Him at home (in Jerusalem), in their community (in Judea and Samaria), and to the ends of the Earth (that means EVERYwhere)! How can we be Jesus’ witness in our lives??!

As a family, ask God to show you where and how you can share Jesus with those around you!

Based on how God answered your family prayer, make a plan on what first step you can take.

It’s often hardest to show Jesus to those closest to us. Practice being on mission in your home!
