In the book of John, Jesus makes seven powerful I AM statements. Each statement testifies to a powerful way that Jesus provides and cares for us.
As we explore each one leading into the Easter season, we pray that we each see more fully the gift we receive in Jesus’ death on the cross!
Lesson Overview
Jesus said He was the vine—the one who remains in Him produces fruit. We can keep growing if we stay connected to Jesus!
He provides us what we need to grow just like a flower attached to its stem or fruit still on the tree.
Last Sunday was also Palm Sunday! Jesus entered Jerusalem to shouts of Hosanna and waving palm leaves. When we see the palm branches, they can remind us to stay connected to Jesus and also to praise Jesus as the one who can save us—Hosanna!!
