Associate Pastor of Discipleship

At Antioch, we lead people to follow Christ in a life-changing way. Planted in 2018 in the fastest-growing city in America, we believe God has placed us in a strategic location to make a great impact for the Kingdom. This fall Antioch is expanding to two locations in Georgetown, TX.

We are seeking a person with the gift of leadership and teaching with a heart for people and discipleship. This person will have the responsibility for expanding our discipleship pathway and implementing that process across multiple Antioch locations. This key leader will oversee the entire discipleship pathway, ensuring alignment, synergy, and vision clarity across all ministries.  

This person will also be part of our Teaching Team, and have the opportunity to preach 18-24 times per year across multiple Antioch locations. 

The ideal candidate for this role would have: 

• 5 + years of ministry experience. 
• Bachelor degree required. 
• Proven ability to teach and communicate God's Word.

Big Idea: Serve as the secondary communicator at each of Antioch's locations.

Time Expectations: This is a full-time (traditionally 40 hours per week) position with regular office hours Sunday through Thursday. 

Responsible To: The Lead Pastor.
