For the next 7 weeks, we will be looking at Jesus’ own words from the book of Matthew with our new series, The Jesus Way! Jesus didn’t just teach ideas, he lived out His own words! We’ll see this as we continue in Matthew through Easter and examine the events from Palm Sunday through the Resurrection!
Lesson Overview
Often, my prayers look more like my grocery or to-do list than praising the God of Creation! Jesus gives us a powerful example of a prayer in Matthew 5. Jesus focuses on God being over everything; God’s plan being most important; and, God providing our every need! What a beautiful way to transform our daily conversations with God!
