Series Overview
The Armor of God is not armor we can see with our eyes. But it is REAL armor that helps us each day as we learn to live more like Christ. And just like the fruit of the Spirit is singular (several words to describe the one fruit we receive from the Holy Spirit), so too is the Armor of God one suit, and we are to put on each individual piece every day.
Lesson Overview
Just like we put our shoes on to get ready to leave the house, God wants us to always be ready to share the truth of Jesus with those around us!
Acts 8:26-40 gives an account of Philip sharing the truth of Jesus with a stranger. Philip didn’t know why God wanted him on that particular desert road. He didn’t know why that specific chariot was important. But he was ready and obeyed and it made a HUGE impact in the life of the Ethiopian man.
