Future home updates

We are working to prepare our site plan for another submittal to the city in early November. Will you pray it is approved with no additional changes needed? Good news: our building permit was tentatively approved pending the approval of our site plan. Therefore, once our site plan is approved, we should have the green lights we need from the city!

We are continuing to change our site plan in preparation for our third submission. We have received the first round of comments from the city on platting and are making adjustments. We have submitted for building permits, but are waiting for the site plan and platting to be approved first.

The city did not approve our second submission of the site plan and asked for more updates to be made. Dario will be working with the city and our engineers to make the requested changes and will resubmit to the city.
