Connect the Dots | March | Week 1

Jesus’s words are ALWAYS true, and we can trust Him for who He says He is.

In the book of John, Jesus makes seven powerful I AM statements. Each statement testifies to a powerful way that Jesus provides and cares for us.

As we explore each one leading into the Easter season, we pray that we each see more fully the gift we receive in Jesus’ death on the cross!

Being a shepherd is not a glamorous job. But if you’re a sheep, it is vitally important to your survival. Jesus declares that He is not only our shepherd, but He is a GOOD Shepherd.

From His words, we, as His sheep, can know a few truths: We can know His voice! He will take care of us! He will protect us! He knows our needs! What a wonderful Shepherd we have in Jesus, our Lord!

John 10:11-18
Matthew 18:12-14
Luke 15:4-7

Look up characteristics of sheep. How are people similar & different to sheep?

Hide 10 (or more) cotton balls in one room and see how quickly everyone can find the “sheep”.

How does the sheep finding game help you understand Jesus leaving the 99?
