Series Overview
The Bible is one incredible book made up of 66 smaller books. Each one was inspired by God and written by different men, in different places, at different times throughout history. Together, they tell the thrilling story of God and His relationship with His people.
What’s truly amazing is that although these books were written over a span of more than 1,500 years, they fit together perfectly to tell one beautiful story—God’s BIG story: Creation, Fall, Promise, Jesus, and Church.
Lesson Overview
We know that God made Adam & Eve—the first people—while He was creating. God gave Adam and Eve a beautiful garden in which they had everything they needed to live!
Genesis 3 tells us that they also chose to disobey God. This choice ushered in the first sin separating them and us from God. As a result, we live in a broken and fallen world. This would be so discouraging if the story ended there.
But from the very beginning, God had a beautiful rescue plan! A Savior to restore what was broken.
